1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Machine Earth website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Machine Earth.
2. Services
Machine Earth provides AI intelligence consulting, operator engagements, and automated agent deployment services to enterprise clients. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms of each engagement are defined in separate service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intelligence Subscriptions
Intelligence subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. The pilot month offer (50% discount on the first month) is available to new subscribers only and is subject to availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Machine Earth and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Intelligence reports, briefings, and deliverables produced for clients remain the intellectual property of Machine Earth, with a perpetual licence granted to the client for internal use. The proprietary research mechanism, methodologies, and processes used to produce intelligence are trade secrets of Machine Earth.
5. Confidentiality
Machine Earth treats all client information — including business operations, competitive intelligence, and strategic priorities — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Clients agree not to share Machine Earth intelligence reports outside their organisation without prior written consent.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a service agreement, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Machine Earth reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments exceeding 60 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Machine Earth provides intelligence and consulting services in good faith based on available information. Intelligence reports and recommendations are advisory in nature and should not be treated as financial, legal, or regulatory advice. Machine Earth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or intelligence outputs. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Machine Earth reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, the client retains access to all intelligence deliverables produced prior to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
Machine Earth reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
